FALL 2019

Power in training | niantic, CT

Workshop #1

Saturday, September 21

Workshop #2

Saturday, October 26

Workshop #3

Saturday, November 16

Workshop #4

Saturday, December 14

The focus of each workshop is to develop the whole athlete through proper warm ups and skill progressions as well as to build character and leadership skills.

These workshops are designed for serious catchers who are looking to improve and refine their defensive game. For that reason, players must have at least one year of catching experience at a competitive, travel ball level.

Each workshop stands alone; however, we recommend attending as many as possible in order to see longterm growth. The information presented and the drill progressions will continue to build upon each other, and players will be individually challenged by the coaching staff. The player to coach ratio will not exceed 6:1 in order to maximize learning and repetitions.

3:30-5:30pm | Open to players currently in 7th or 8th grade (HS graduation years of 2024-2025)

6:00-8:00pm | Open to players currently in high school (HS graduation years of 2020-2023)
